Gwenaval

Gwenaval

In Gwenaval, the Distillerie des Menhirs, intent on introducing new creations, revisited apple brandy, so to speak.

Gwenaval which means white apple in Breton is produced from fresh cider revealing the very essence of the orchards’ apples. This clear and fruity apple brandy is now considered as a very trendy and reference drink.

Enjoy in two recipes (for a 70 cl bottle)…

- Gwen Tatin: 50 cl of clarified apple juice + 16 cl of Gwenaval + 4 cl of caramel syrup.

- Gwen a Ru: replace caramel syrup by 6cl of black currant syrup
