Hypertext links and cookies

The site contains a certain number of hypertext links to other sites (partners, information …) set up with the authorization of the owner of the site. However, the owner of the site has no possibility to verify the content of the sites visited and therefore declines all responsibility for the possible risks of illicit content.

Protection of property and persons – management of personal data

The information collected through our contact forms is recorded in a computerized file by the Distillerie des Menhirs to facilitate exchanges with the establishment’s prospects and customers.

They are intended for any manager/employee of the institution likely to have telephone or e-mail exchanges with the persons concerned, in particular to respond to their requests.

No IP addresses are collected when a form is submitted through our website.

The collected data is kept for a maximum period of 3 years in case of non conclusion of a contract with our company.

In accordance with the provisions of Articles 38 and following of Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to computers, files and freedoms, all users have the right to access, rectify, delete and oppose personal data concerning them.

The request must be in writing and signed, accompanied by a copy of the identity document with the signature of the holder of the document, specifying the address to which the reply should be sent.

No personal information of the user of the site is published without the user’s knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold on any medium whatsoever to third parties. Only the hypothesis of the repurchase of the site from the owner of the site and his rights would allow the transmission of the said information to the possible purchaser who would in turn be bound by the same obligation of conservation and modification of the data with regard to the user of the site
